When we set out to design the most Jordanian jersey we've ever made, we asked ourselves a simple question: what are the symbols that define Jordan's soul?
Three answers came back immediately. Petra. Horses. Swords.
Petra: The Rose-Red City
Petra is one of the seven wonders of the modern world — a city carved directly into rose-red rock by the Nabataean civilization over 2,000 years ago. It sits in the south of Jordan, hidden between narrow canyon walls, and it has been drawing travelers from across the world for centuries.
For Jordanians, Petra isn't just a tourist attraction. It's proof that our ancestors built something extraordinary — something that has outlasted empires, survived centuries, and still stands today as a testament to human ingenuity and ambition.
Horses: Nobility in Motion
The Arabian horse is one of the oldest and most recognizable breeds in the world, and Jordan has a deep connection to this animal. In Jordanian culture, the horse represents nobility, loyalty, and grace — qualities that are woven into the national identity.
When we incorporated the horse into this jersey's design, we weren't just adding a motif. We were paying tribute to a living symbol of what Jordan stands for.
Swords: Courage and Honor
The sword appears on the Jordanian coat of arms for a reason. It represents courage, strength, and the willingness to defend what matters. In Jordanian culture, the sword is not a symbol of aggression — it's a symbol of honor.
The Jersey
The Petra, Horses & Swords Edition brings these three symbols together in a single design — a jersey that tells the story of Jordan in every thread. It's the piece we're most proud of, and the one that means the most to us personally.
If you're Jordanian, this one is for you. If you're not — wear it and carry a piece of Jordan with you wherever you go.
